I recorded this forgiveness meditation for a very dear family member who had cancer. In every culture and natural health philosophy, forgiveness is a very important part of physical and mental recovery.
In the process of forgiveness, we learn to forgive others, and most importantly, ourselves. It is highly recommended to go through this meditation over and over again, until we clean up the challenging connections we have with ourselves and others.
I added to this meditation many elements, with which I work very successfully with my clients. I have included aspects from different teachings, each of which is known to work miracles – Theta Healing, Brandon Bays, Hypnosis, Family Constellation, Buddhism, New German Medicine, Kabbalah, previous incarnations, NLP and spiritual teachings.
Many of my clients, family members and friends have asked me for a recording and I was not very happy for the original reasons to record it, but happy I did.
The forgiveness meditation takes about half an hour. Take your time, dedicate yourself to the process, and notice how your relationships change in the weeks that follow.
I was happy to work on this project with my son, Tsoof, who helped me with the recording and also wrote the amazing background music that enters the soul.
